I haven’t received my Publi-Sac.

Distribution is performed on a 2 day period, on Saturdays or Sundays. If you still haven’t received your Publi-Sac, please contact your local Publi-Sac customer service.

The carrier threw a Publi-Sac on my balcony. Is this normal?

The Publi-Sac should be in your mailbox or hung on your door knob. If your Publi-Sac is delivered to you in any other manner, please contact your local Publi-Sac subsidiary.

I received my Publi-Sac on Sunday instead of Saturday.

The Publi-Sac is distributed on a 2 day period, but unexpected events may cause delivery delays.

During the week, I received loose flyers.

Outside Montreal, flyers distributed during the week are not automatically placed into the Publi-Sac, unless they come in a large volume.

I received 2 bags, one from Publi-Sac and the other from another company. Were they both distributed by you?

We sometimes distribute Exclusive Bags for our advertisers, allowing them to solely communicate their message to consumers.

I did not receive any samples in my Publi-Sac but my neighbour did. Why is that?

We offer targeting analysis services to advertisers. According to our results, we recommend different distribution districts in accordance with the amount of samples to be distributed. It is possible that you receive samples, and your neighbour doesn't, and vice versa.
